Local bakeries normally supply  breads without slicing and in loaves where as the popular format are
sliced bread . Once the bread comes out from oven they are cooled for 1-2 hours in cooling tunnel
and brought   either manually or through conveyors for slicing . Bread slicers  have inflated bagging
system where one can pack bread manually or it can be automated .
